Derbyshire Wedding Photography Detail Shot

I love shooting the details on a wedding morning. It’s a great way to wake myself up and challenge myself to find cool setups that will show off the beautiful elements that my clients have so carefully chosen. This shot of Hanan’s earings was taken in an incredibly busy and rather dark hotel room, full of the bustle of a typical wedding morning. I couldn’t find a nice spot to photograph the jewellery, so I grabbed the bridal bouquet and set it down on a little table close to the window. What I love about this photo is that it’s a tiny oasis of calm in an otherwise busy scene.
